[Repository and lifecycle]

Contracts that keep working after they are signed.

Clausel keeps every signed contract in one firm repository and knows how they relate. Terms flow down from the master agreement, amendments apply in the order they took effect, and every deadline lands in the calendar you already use.

Obligations Clausel can quote, and nothing it can't.

Clausel reads each clause and proposes the obligations it finds. A proposal is kept only if its wording can be found in the contract. You confirm or dismiss each one, and a confirmed obligation reminds you when it falls due.

3.2Either party may prevent renewal by giving not less than sixty (60) days’ written notice before the end of the current term.

8.3The Supplier shall deliver a service-level report to the Customer by the fifth business day of each month.

16.1The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than $10,000,000 for the duration of this Agreement.

17.4Fees are payable in US dollars, exclusive of tax.

21.1This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Ask what renews, and get an answer from your repository.

Questions about dates are answered by a real search of your repository, not by the model's memory. The renewals view and deadlines list show the same dates, so the answer and the screen always agree.

  • Renewals, expiries and notice deadlines in one list
  • Amended dates replace the original ones
  • Each answer names the contracts it counted
What renews in the next 90 days?

Every deadline in the calendar you already use.

Subscribe once in Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. Renewals, notice deadlines, expiries and confirmed obligations appear on their own and stay current. A date that Clausel has only read from the document is marked tentative until someone confirms it.

A repository your firm can search by meaning.

Search the clause and precedent library the way you would ask a colleague. Clausel matches meaning as well as words, and the matching runs on our own servers, so your clause text is not sent out to be searched.

104 clause types

A versioned taxonomy that sorts every clause, from liability to restraint.

Each contract shows its family. Clausel suggests links but never writes one on its own.

Analyse and Review both read the current terms, not the original text.
